The majority of our software products require recurring monthly payments for which we will bill monthly in advance.

What methods of payment do we accept?

If you receive a bill from MDI or one of our Health Technology Solutions companies, you may make a payment using one of the following methods:

  • Website: Visit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Toll-free telephone number: Call the automated voice response system at 844-777-1115, available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday – Friday.
  • Mail: Send your payment to the address shown on your bill.

Money orders, personal checks, and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Please remember to attach the stub from your bill when mailing in your payment. If paying by check, include your Account Number/Statement date on the check.
