Hal Leftwich is the CEO of Big South Fork Medical Center. Dr. Hal Leftwich provides team building, operational and financial improvement, and strategic insights to organizations, with a focus on rural providers and network development. He holds an earned Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Hospital and Health Administration, and other degrees, and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Over 30 years of varied experience in leadership, planning, emergency response, organizational turnaround, and other areas help him effectively guide teams to develop effective innovative and collaborative solutions.

James is the Human Resources Generalist at Big South Fork Medical Center, Oneida TN where he oversees the daily functions of the HR department. Alongside his daily functions, his main responsibilities include recruitment, employment verification, benefits, worker's compensations, state reporting and performance management. In James’ previous role of Human Resource Coordinator in Knoxville, he worked with companies that take care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities where he managed all Human Resource duties. He also worked for Scott Appalachian Industries in Huntsville as a Human Resources Assistant.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from University of the Cumberlands. James is Originally from Mt. Vernon, KY and now lives in Tennessee with his wife, adopted son and foster children.

Sheila Lambdin, APRN has worked in the medical field for 29 years, with the last 15 years serving as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She is well known around Williamsburg as she has played a very active role in the community for many years. Sheila is a devoted Wife and Mother. She is very active in her church in the music ministry and spends endless hours working on her family’s farm and with their animals. She enjoys gardening, sewing, hiking and kayaking. Sheila is very passionate about Women's Health as well as all aspects of family medicine.

Amy Cooper is the Regional Controller for both Jamestown Regional Medical Centre and Big South Fork Medical Center.

She oversees all aspects of the Accounting Departments in each facility, completing all local regulatory finance filings and managing the Medicare Cost Reports for both facilities. Amy has worked for Jamestown Regional Medical Centre for over fifteen years, gaining experience in all areas of the Accounting Department and throughout the organization. Amy graduated from Roane State Community College, Tennessee in May 2002 with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting.
