Why have I received a bill from a Medytox Diagnostics, Inc. Laboratory? (EPIC, EDL, Alethea, NJR, PB Labs, or BioHealth)

You have received a bill/patient statement because we have performed laboratory services for you and have either received an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company which indicates the charges you are responsible for or you have no insurance and are personally responsible for payment.

Will Medytox Diagnostics, Inc. or its affiliated laboratories refuse service if I have an outstanding balance?

MDI reserves the right to refuse service if you have a past due balance. If you have any questions, please call MDI’s Patient Relations department at 855-251-3331. 

Rennova Health possesses contracts with a number of Third Party Payers.  You should check with your insurance provider to see if Medytox Diagnostics is a contracted laboratory.

What methods of payment does Medytox Diagnostics accept?

If you receive a bill from Medytox Diagnostics or its affiliated laboratories you may make a payment using one of the following methods:

  • Website: Visit www.rennovahealth.com/payments/patients/pay-my-bill, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Toll-free telephone number: Call the automated voice response system at 855-251-3331, available from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday – Friday.
  • Mail: Send your payment to the address shown on your bill.

Money orders, personal checks, and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Please remember to attach the stub from your bill when mailing in your payment. If paying by check, include your Account Number/Statement date on the check.

Does Medytox Diagnostics offer a financial hardship program? 

Please contact Patient Relations at 855-251-3331 to speak with a billing representative regarding potential payment plans and/or payment alternatives.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my test results?

Medytox Diagnostics will send results to the authorized physician who requested the test. Test results are delivered to providers in real time through Advantage, our web-based, secure ordering and reporting system.
