Dolores Brennan has over 22 years’ experience in the medical business field. Her experience includes claims management, medical coding, revenue cycle management, and data analyses.

Kim Bradley has over 25 years’ experience in revenue cycle management.  Prior to joining Rennova, Kim was the Collections Supervisor for a 25-physician pathology/laboratory practice where she was responsible for both insurance and patient follow up.  She has experience in both the physician office setting as well as claims processing for a National medical insurance carrier.

Richard Radoccia co-founded and managed Healthwave, Inc., a revenue cycle services company whose clients included hospitals and medical practices. He designed Healthwave’s proprietary rules-driven, web-based technology transaction platform that achieved a high degree of automation and operating performance. Prior to Healthwave, Mr. Radoccia founded MDNY Healthcare in 1995 with community physicians and a multi-hospital system, directing the growth of the organization from start-up to $200 million in five years, thereby achieving a CAGR of 67%. He has an MBA and MPH from Columbia University and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.

Suzanne Garvy has over 27 years’ experience in the medical business field. Before joining Rennova Health’s Medical Billing Solutions subsidiary in Charlotte, North Carolina, she owned and operated J&S Medical Solutions, Inc. for 7 years in Palm Beach, Florida. A medical business solutions company that specialized in financial analysis, insurance audits and revenue cycle management.  She currently manages a staff of approximately ten in the payment-posting department. Ms. Garvy holds an Associate’s Degree from Palm Beach Community College and continued her studies in business analysis at South University.

Dianna Harper has over 15 years’ experience in all areas of medical billing including hospital and facility. Her experience includes supervising and training medical billing team members. She currently supervises a department of approximately ten billers. Ms. Harper received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from Radford University.
