Samuel R. Mitchell, Jr., is a Senior Operational & Financial Executive with a track record of improving performance through organizational leadership, change management, and revenue cycle generation. Extensive knowledge of healthcare administration, healthcare finance, the healthcare delivery system, health plan operations, and healthcare data analysis. Samuel's core responsibilities and strengths include: Directing and managing P&L's, Administration, Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, Corporate Compliance & Governance, Training, SOX, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Generation, Physician Billing & Practice Management Services, Sales, IT, Budget Management, Corporate Transformation, Policy Administration, Organizational Development, Conflict Resolution Management, Succession Planning, Recruitment & Onboarding, and Full Scope Negotiations. In previous roles, he served in executive leadership positions for hospitals, large multi-site, multi-specialty medical groups, including pharmacy and laboratory services and academic medical groups, and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Rennova Health, Inc., formally Medytox Solutions, Inc. Samuel has a Master's in Business Administration, a Master's in Health Care Administration, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and he's currently pursuing a Doctoral in Health Care Administration.

Martin has 30 years’ experience in IT having graduated from Queens University Belfast in Languages and History. Following a notable career in General Management he made the change to IT in 1986 starting off as an Assembler programmer. Since then Martin seized every opportunity to broaden and deepen his experience and has created and lead multi discipline, multi geography Software Delivery units from 20 to 400 staff in Retail, Utilities, Telephony, Speech Technology, Finance, Insurance and Investment Banking. He has operated at Executive level since 1999 and completed a Post-Grad Diploma in Company Direction in 2001. Having set up and run wholly owned subsidiaries of US  companies in Northern Ireland, he sat on several committees advising government on IT strategy and direct foreign investment and University liaison. Martin is also a Certified Lead Auditor for IT. Prior to joining Rennova he was a member of the Executive team at Citibank’s facility in Belfast where he ran the Global Transaction Services Group.

Thomas is responsible for all IT infrastructure and software solutions, including design, development, testing, and support for all products and services provided by Rennova HTS. He has 25+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Information Technology. He began as a software engineer and researcher with a focus on machine learning, then discovered his passion for managing and empowering highly technical people. Thomas has worked at large companies including Siemens, Microsoft and Citrix Systems, which gave him valuable experience with large-scale software development and international project management. Thomas is a multi-cultural leader with a passion for both people and technology, with deep experience in operational excellence and systemic optimization. He graduated from Technical University Munich in 1986 with a Ph.D in Computer Science and holds several patents.
